Community Update – Additional 12 Hours Le Mans Test Races (Saturday 28th February)

We’re now halfway through today’s 12 hour session and are pleased to report that we haven’t seen any major server-side issues. Performance has been stable and servers has been operating as expected so far with our new configuration – thank you to those of you that have helped test and stress the system.

Based on today’s positive server performance, we’re happy to confirm that additional 12 Hours Le Mans test races will go ahead on Saturday 28th February at the following times:

  • 10:00 UTC

  • 16:00 UTC

For those of you planning to compete – please be aware of these client-side issue that could appear
  • Wi-Fi or poor connections causing instability (such as car blinking) – we strongly recommend a wired ethernet cable directly plugged into your router
  • Lower-spec PCs struggling with higher car counts (stuttering in particular or struggling with audio)
  • Graphics settings that may be too demanding for some systems

As a reminder, please make sure you test your performance offline first with 62 cars at Le Mans. This is especially important to ensure your system can comfortably handle full grids with day to night transition and your chosen graphics settings before joining long sessions.

We encourage everyone to take part, continue testing, and provide feedback.

There will be reduced monitoring from our team compared to today and we encourage you to log a support ticket if you have issues.

Thanks again to everyone that has tested today and plans to test tomorrow – your participation is invaluable in helping us deliver and improve these events for the future,

See you on track!
