Following the launch of the first DLC pack on the 23rd July, several Special Events have been organised by Le Mans Ultimate to bring together the community to enjoy challenging events whilst using the latest exciting content.
The next event will be extra special. Between the 2-4 August, Le Mans Ultimate has teamed-up with Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari (Imola Circuit) to bring you a special weekend of racing.
From Friday 2nd August, through to Sunday 4th August – you will be able to enter Festa di Imola – a 100 minute race using the latest Hypercars – the Lamborghini SC63 and Peugeot 9X8 2024 at the iconic Imola Circuit.
To add to the occasion, in association with Imola, we are giving away ten pairs for Sunday tickets to the Italian 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship round on the 20th April 2025.
Participants who register and take to the start of one of the races will be entered into the random prize draw. If you don’t win one of the top prizes, fear not – every competitor who registers and takes to the grid will also a receive a code from Imola and Le Mans Ultimate for 10% off general admission tickets for the 2025 FIA WEC weekend in the week following Festa di Imola.
Participants, must also ensure they have marketing preferences on their profile selected to be considered for the competition to enable contact from the Le Mans Ultimate team regarding prizes and discount code. This is done as follows:

This document contains all the rules related to the ‘Festa di Imola’ competition. This document is up to date as of 30/7/24 – V1. If necessary, this document might be edited/modified, and the latest version will replace the older one. Any changes will be flagged in the change log address above.
1. Overview
The ‘Festa di Imola’ Special weekend will run between Friday 2-4 August 2024 on Le Mans Ultimate. Several races will run over the weekend with competitors invited to compete using either the Lamborghini SC63 Hypercar or Peugeot 9X8 2024 Hypercar in a two-hour endurance race.
2. Competition structure
The Competition will be run over several races a day: Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

3. Entry conditions and requirements
All competitors who register and take to the start of the race will be considered as a ‘participant’ and be considered for the competition prizes and unique offer.

Participation in multiple events over the weekend does not provide multiple entries into the competition.
Drivers from all ‘splits’ will be entered into the competition.

Tickets cannot be resold, amended or exchanged.
4. Prizes
4.1 Prize Draw
All participants who comply with section two will be in consideration for the random prize draw.
Ten pairs (20 tickets) of Sunday tickets for the 2025 FIA WEC Imola round.
Ten winners will be drawn at random from all participants who comply with section two.
Le Mans Ultimate will contact the winners in the week following the race via email.
Participant names will also be announced on Social media following the email.
Winners must respond to the email within seven working days following the email time send. Failing to reply will result in the ticket being passed onto another competitor.
4.2 Exclusive Code
All participants who comply with section two will also be considered for an exclusive discount code from Le Mans Ultimate and Imola.
Regardless of competition winners, every participant will be emailed an exclusive code 10% discount code to use for general access tickets for the 2025 FIA WEC race at Imola.

5. Sporting conduct
Registering an online Le Mans Ultimate RaceControl account, competitors agree to comply with the Competition Rules when competing in Online competition.
6. General conducts
6.1 All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the organizers (and any of its affiliates), press, attendees, and other participants and comply with all applicable law and regulation at all times.
6.2 Participants shall not engage in conduct which the organizers deem to be harmful to the business, reputation or relationships of an individual or of their partners.
6.3 Participants must be respectful of the staff involved in the tournament organizers, sponsors, and/or partners at all times. Participants must not use obscene gestures, language, or offensive comments, including:
6.4 Drivers and/or competitors posting negative, disruptive and brand damaging content on social media about the organisers, the game and their partners in general and/or any other participant, including but not limited to images and videos of game faults, may result in the participant (accordingly) being withdrawn from the Competition. Positive and engaging content is highly encouraged.
7. Rights of use
7.1 Personal data might be shared for internal communication and external communication on social media related to the competition as mentioned in section 3.2. Link to full privacy policy
7.2 All information collected during the competition are registered in a data base by the administration. Those data are only collected for the administration of the competition and the communication around it.
